Bull VPN does not require email to sign up. You log in with an access key.

Data we process

Account id, key prefix, subscription status, linked devices (platform, model, last seen), support tickets, and technical logs needed to operate the Service.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not require email or phone for basic access.

Retention

Data is kept on Central API infrastructure as long as needed to provide the Service and meet obligations.
